Renovation begins with the landscape you already have
An existing landscape can stop working for many reasons. Plantings may become overgrown or poorly suited to the site, beds may feel dated, drainage or grading may create recurring problems, or a patio, wall, lawn area, and surrounding planting may no longer work well together.
Paradise approaches renovation as a property-specific transformation. The goal is not to discard every existing element automatically. Mature plants and hardscape can be retained and reused when appropriate, shrubs and trees can be transplanted when appropriate, and existing patios or retaining walls can be repaired when repair is the right solution.
When removal is necessary, Paradise can tear out old landscaping and haul the removed material away. New planting or landscape features can then be coordinated with the elements that remain.
What a Paradise landscape renovation can include
Planting-bed and landscape renewal
Paradise can rework established beds, remove outdated or unsuccessful plantings, retain or transplant suitable mature plants, and install new plants as part of the approved renovation. Grading, drainage, and lawn restoration
Renovation work can include correcting grading and drainage problems that affect the project area. Paradise can also repair or restore lawn areas with sod or seed after renovation work where that is part of the agreed scope.
Existing patios and retaining walls
An existing patio or retaining wall does not automatically need complete replacement. Paradise evaluates whether repair is appropriate or whether removal and replacement better fit the property’s needs. Coordinated redesign and installation

Paradise performs both residential and commercial landscape renovations. Each estimate is based on the property’s existing conditions, the elements involved, access, and the approved project scope.

How a landscape renovation moves forward
1. Evaluate the existing landscape
Paradise reviews the property, the customer’s goals, and the conditions affecting the proposed work. It does not matter whether Paradise or another provider created the original landscape.
2. Decide what changes and what remains
The team evaluates which plants, hardscape, lawn areas, and other features should be retained, reused, transplanted, repaired, removed, replaced, redesigned, or newly installed.
3. Confirm the renovation scope
The approved scope identifies the work, materials, site preparation, removals, repairs, and new installation included in the project. Paradise handles permits when the particular renovation requires them.
4. Complete the renovation work
Paradise coordinates the agreed tear-out and hauling, repair, transplanting, grading or drainage correction, planting, hardscape, and lawn-restoration work included in the project.
5. Review the completed project
Paradise reviews the completed scope with the customer. Renovation work includes a warranty; the specific warranty details applicable to the project are provided by Paradise rather than stated as a one-size-fits-all website promise.

Renovation is different from routine landscape care
