Residential Landscape Installation & Construction
Paradise Landscape & Design coordinates the build phase that turns an approved landscape plan into an installed outdoor space for homeowners in Southeast Wisconsin.
From an approved landscape plan to a coordinated build
Landscape installation is the execution stage of a planned residential project. Paradise confirms the approved scope, reviews the property for the work included in that scope, coordinates materials and scheduling, and installs the selected planting and landscape features.
If your project still needs a plan, the Landscape Design service explains Paradise’s consultation, 2D plan, 3D rendering, and lighting-plan options. Design establishes what will be built; this page explains how Paradise coordinates the installation after the scope is approved.
If the main goal is replacing, updating, or transforming an existing outdoor area, review Landscape Renovation. Installation can include a complete new landscape or a smaller defined area, while Renovation remains the primary service for existing-landscape transformation.
What Paradise can coordinate and install
Planting beds and ornamental planting
Verified Paradise installation work includes bed preparation and ornamental planting with annuals, perennials, and shrubs. Planting can be installed as a focused part of the property or coordinated with a larger approved landscape plan.
Paver patios, walkways, and paths
When paved gathering areas or routes are part of the plan, Paradise can coordinate them with the surrounding planting and landscape. The Paver Patios & Walkways service remains the detailed resource for patio, walkway, replacement, and estimate considerations.
Retaining walls and seat walls
Walls can help organize grade changes, define outdoor spaces, or add seating where they are included in the approved design. Review the Retaining and Seat Walls service for the detailed wall-planning and installation scope.
Fire, water, and landscape lighting features
Paradise can coordinate selected fire features, water features, and landscape lighting with the surrounding landscape when those elements are part of the approved project. Each linked page owns the detailed commercial intent for that specialty service.
Paradise’s landscape installation process
1. Confirm the approved scope
Paradise begins with the work that has been approved for the property. The scope identifies the planting, hardscape, specialty features, and related work included in the project.
2. Review the site and prepare for installation
The team reviews the work area, access, existing conditions, and the preparation needed for the approved installation. Property-specific conditions are discussed as part of the project rather than treated as a generic promise.
3. Coordinate materials and scheduling
Paradise coordinates the materials and project sequence for the work included in the approved scope. Homeowners receive progress communication as the project moves forward.
4. Install planting and selected landscape features
The team installs the planting and coordinates the selected patio, walkway, wall, fire, water, or lighting work included in the project. Detailed specialty decisions remain part of each approved service scope.
5. Complete the project and homeowner walkthrough
After the agreed work is completed, Paradise reviews the finished project with the homeowner and closes out the installation scope.

What to share when requesting an installation estimate
Tell Paradise where the proposed work is located, whether you already have an approved landscape plan, the planting or outdoor features you are considering, and how you want to use the completed space. Photos of the existing area and approximate dimensions can help begin the conversation.
For additional examples of completed work, explore Paradise landscape projects. The project-specific scope and next steps are confirmed during the estimate and consultation process.
